    What are the components of activated carbon adsorption and concentration catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment
    Activated carbon adsorption concentration catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment is composed of VOCs catalytic combustion equipment and catalytic combustion device. It has simple structure, safe and reliable, energy-saving and labor-saving, and no secondary pollution. Activated carbon adsorption concentration catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment covers a small area, light weight. When the concentration of organic vapor is over 2000 ppm, the spontaneous combustion can be maintained. Low power consumption, because of the bed resistance is small, low-pressure fan can work, less power consumption, low noise. The activated carbon layer adsorbing organic waste gas is used to adsorb and concentrate the waste gas from the catalytic combustion equipment for desorption and regeneration. The adsorbed gas is sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for purification. The operation cost is low and the energy saving effect is remarkable.

    The working principle of activated carbon adsorption concentration and catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment is as follows: firstly, the organic waste gas is removed by dry filter, then the organic waste gas which meets the adsorption conditions is sent into the activated carbon adsorption box for adsorption and purification, and the purified clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the main exhaust fan. Adsorption and concentration of catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment with activated carbon adsorption equipment is equipped with a spare adsorption box. When activated carbon adsorption is saturated, it is switched to catalytic combustion desorption state through control valve. The desorption and regeneration system adopts on-line desorption regeneration (or off-line desorption regeneration), that is, the adsorption process is continuous, and the activated carbon adsorption and concentration catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment is in the process of desorption and regeneration. While the standby adsorption device is put into use, the saturated adsorption box is desorbed. After desorption, the activated carbon box is prepared for the next cycle.
    The complete system of activated carbon adsorption concentration catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment is designed on the basis of two basic principles of adsorption (high efficiency) and catalytic combustion (energy saving), namely adsorption concentration-catalytic combustion method.
    The treatment process of activated carbon adsorption concentration catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment includes three parts: dry dust removal, adsorption gas flow and desorption gas flow.
    1. Dry filter of activated carbon adsorption and concentration catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment: Organic waste gas to be treated is introduced into dry filter by air duct, which can filter particulate matter and viscous components in waste gas, prolong the adsorption cycle and service life of activated carbon;

The desorbed organic matter has been concentrated (ten times higher than the original concentration) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion. Catalytic oxidation is carried out on the catalyst at 250-300 C to convert it into harmless CO 2 and H 2 emissions. When the concentration of organic waste gas reaches 2000 PPm, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic bed without additional heating, and the exhaust gas after combustion is one. Some of them are directly discharged to the atmosphere, and most of the hot air is recycled to the adsorption bed for desorption and regeneration of activated carbon. The regenerated activated carbon can be used for the next adsorption.

    Activated carbon adsorption and concentration catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment can work continuously in two gas paths. When the workload is large, two adsorption beds are used alternately. A catalytic combustion chamber first adsorbs the organic waste gas through one of the activated carbon adsorption beds. When the activated carbon reaches saturation, the closed valves at both ends of the adsorption bed close at the same time, that is to say, the adsorption work stops. At the same time, another adsorption bed opens automatically and begins to take over the adsorption work. So the switching operation of the two adsorbents can achieve a large amount of continuous work.
    The combustion furnace of activated carbon adsorption and concentration catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment is equipped with a temperature control probe and a special explosion-proof outlet on the top. When the temperature in the combustion furnace is very high, the explosion-proof outlet can break automatically, and the gas pressure will be relieved. At the same time, the cold air will be added to cool down, so as to maintain the safety of production equipment in the workshop.

The heat exchanger of activated carbon adsorption and concentration catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment is made of Q235_t=1.2mm carbon steel plate with continuous external welding, good internal sealing performance and high heat transfer efficiency.

    6. The air duct of the activated carbon adsorption and concentration catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment is made of Q235_t=1.2mm carbon steel plate. The external welding is continuous and the overall appearance is beautiful.
    Activated carbon adsorption concentration catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment is widely used in the purification of harmful organic waste gases volatilized from petroleum, chemical, rubber, painting, printing and other industries. Benzene, alcohols, ethers and other organic waste gases can be purified. The device has complete system design, complete auxiliary equipment, high purification efficiency and high automation. It can effectively purify the workshop environment, eliminate pollution, improve working conditions, ensure workers'health, and solve secondary pollution. It is most suitable for low concentration (50 ~ 1000ppm) and has little economic value for recovery. It is not suitable to adopt adsorption recovery treatment of organic waste gas, especially for the treatment of large air volume. When the concentration is slightly higher, the secondary waste heat can be recovered, which greatly reduces the cost of production and operation.
